1. Bio-analysis of pathogens
   Are you registered with the Food Inspection Agency of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada or by the Ministère de l'Agriculture, des pêcheries et de l'alimentation du Québec (MAPAQ)? Are you concerned with the quality of the food you supply to your customers? Do you want to protect your product image? We can help you with our sampling and microbial analysis via Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). PCR is a quick method that identifies pathogens by way of their DNA signatures in less than 12 hours. The PCR procedure provides reliable, efficient results superior to those of traditional tests in terms of pathogen detection threshold.
